Terms and Conditions

RoyalMunch provides refund to its customers in case of cancellation. Our terms and conditions for the cancellation of the orders are as following:-

  1. If a customer cancels the order before 3 hours of the reservation time from the time of booking, then the customer will get 95% of their transaction amount. The customer will get the refund amount deposited to their bank account within 7 working days.
  2. If an order is cancelled by a customer before 2 hours of the reservation time from the time of booking, then the customer will get 90% of their transaction amount deposited to their bank account within 7 working days.
  3. If an order is cancelled by a customer before 1 hour of the reservation time from the time of booking, the the customer will get 80% of their transaction amount deposited to their bank account within 7 working days.
  4. If any customer cancels the order before 59 minutes of the reservation time from the time of booking, no refund will be made.
